This layer displays areas delegated to Broward County under part IV of Chapter 373, F.S. (ERP) per the agreement by the South Florida Water Management District, Broward County and the Department of Environmental Protection as defined by the 1998 document authorizing Broward County to perform permitting, compliance & enforcement responsibilities within all of Broward County with the exception of projects retained by the DEP, the SFWMD, and specific geographic areas.
