DEP's Office of Resilience and Coastal Protection is committed to helping prepare Florida\u2019s communities and habitats for changes resulting from sea level rise (SLR) by: Providing funding and technical assistance to prepare Florida\u2019s coastal communities Promoting and ensuring a coordinated approach to sea level rise planning among state, regional and local agencies. The Florida Resilient Coastlines Program is funded by the Florida Legislature as well as DEP\u2019s Florida Coastal Management Program in partnership with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
