20210512 11040900 1.0 TRUE UIC Class I Wells This is a statewide GIS layer representing all Class I Underground Injection Control (UIC) wells in Florida that are currently or previously active. Class I UIC wells are used to inject nonhazardous waste, hazardous waste (new hazardous waste wells were banned in 1983), or municipal waste below the lowermost underground source of drinking water (USDW).
