Description: These line features have been established in an effort to identify areas of the state in which Joint Coastal Permitting (JCP) Issued Beach Nourishment permits have been issued. Specifically, the line features represent approximate bounds on Florida's beaches in which sand placement is authorized through individual JCP Permits and (or) modifications. This effort is ongoing, and related information is periodically updated. Information contained within this dataset should not be used for any surveying, engineering, legal determinations or calculations. The information used to determine the line feature extents was obtained from the Final Order JCP Permits issued.On April 2020 the layer was transformed from HARN to NAD83_2011
