Service Description:

1999 LandSat 7 imagery was obtained via contract from ImageLinks in Albers HPGN. The scenes were then subset by county using the county's X,Y extents. The individual counties were exported to GEOTIFF format, using a selection of three distinct bands to simulate a False Red (Bands 4,3,2) coloring. These TIF files were subsequently compressed using Mr.SID v1.3. The resulting SID images were placed into the FDEP Technical Service Library for usage. Using the cell values in this dataset for statistical analyses is not possible.
